An unusual, bushy perennial with pinnate leaves and pea-like white flowers that form short spikes. These striking spikes cover the bush from June to August making a wonderful addition to a mixed border. It’s got that cottage garden look!

As the foliage dies back in the autumn, I cut it down completely. New growth in the spring is often variegated, but this seems to grow out as it comes into flower. Great for poor soils that are well drained and happy in sun or partial shade.
