June Plant of the Month
Hardy geraniums are some of the most useful ground cover plants for summer borders.
Geranium pratense are known as the meadow cranesbills. This one is a bit different in that it’s flowers form little rosettes rather than the more common saucer-shaped blooms. Not so good for pollinators, but a pretty addition to sunny borders nonetheless.

Pale lilac flowers with a smidge of a lemon centre, this clump forming hardy perennial grows to 60cm in height and spread. Flowers from June-July.
